Mikrotik's R11e-2HnD is a wireless 2.4GHz 802.11b/g/n miniPCI-e card for high speed applications, with up to 800mW output power and -96dBm receive sensitivity. 2.4GHz 802.11b/g/n High Power MiniPCIe card - 800mw output Atheros AR9580 chipset

The card features built-in LED indicators for wireless mode, connection status (connected, searching, disabled), TX and RX activity and wireless signal strength - just looking at the card will help with installation and alignment.

Add a second radio to Mikrotiik RouterBoard models RB912UAG-5HPnD or RB912UAG-2HPnD. Add up to 4 radios in a PC with Mikrotik RouterBoard RB44Ge.
