Scope and Goals
rOc-nOc.com is a stocking distributor for Mikrotik and other wireless and networking products. We maintain inventory at our warehouses in Rockford, IL and ship customer orders directly from that inventory. Our inventory levels for any given product can be viewed on our web site by selecting the product. We will do our best to ship your order the same day your order is placed.
There are a few rare exceptions where the inventory number shows up as '1' where we might not have the product in stock. We will notify you if there is no stock the same day the order is placed and give you the option to cancel. We do not drop ship products from other distributors and manufacturers.
Shipping
We ship our products worldwide with UPS as our primary domestic shipper and selecting either UPS or USPS for most International shipments. Our shipping cutoff time for same day shipping is 4:00pm CDT. International shipments have an earlier cutoff of 12:00 noon. If your order comes in after our deadlines, we will still do our best to ship the same day.
Fraud detection
We are looking for honest customers that want a good deal on wireless and networking equipment with fast, accurate delivery. Please use a real domain name email account when ordering on our system. We will not sell or share your email address with any other company. Do not use false or incorrect information when registering on our web site. All orders will be checked for fraud and all customer information will be turned over to law enforcement if fraud is detected.
Warranty
We warrant all of equipment that we sell for a minimum of 30 days from our shipment date. We will replace any defective equipment during that period with equipment from our stock. We also support the manufacturer's warranty on equipment beyond that 30 days. Typically that is one year for Mikrotik from the day they export their product to the USA. Equipment that is damaged by lightning, over voltage, or physical damage is not eligible for warranty replacement.
Software
The software and licenses that we sell are not subject to return as they are licenses specifically issued to a hardware device. We will however, honor any warranty of the software manufacturer and work with our customer's in a license dispute.
Returns (RMA policy)
All customers that need to return product must contact us first for an RMA number either by email or telephone. We will need the reason in writing (email) along with the model and serial number of the product to be returned. It is helpful to include the invoice number of the purchase as well. Email should go to support (at) roc-noc.com.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will pay UPS Ground shipping to send the repaired item back to you only in the lower 48 USA states. All International orders will require a charge for return shipping.
Incorrect Shipments
Although we do our best to provide accurate shipping of your order, occasional mistakes do happen. We are always working to improve our order process, to better train our people, and to improve our order flow to eliminate mistakes. Please contact us within 14 days of shipment if there is a problem with your order. We will do our best to correct the mistake immediately.
